Training and technical assistance services in organizational pre/post funding management are offered in the comprehensive services format only. This services will be provided to organizations in their initial stages of development, with priority to those organizations that have received starting a nonprofit, board development, and/or grant writing training and technical assistance.
Comprehensive services include training and technical assistance designed to ensure that the organization has acceptable administrative organization structures and articulated administrative and financial policies and procedures that would lend themselves to attraction of grant awards; to ensure that budgets submitted with grant applications are realistic and associated with performance goals and objectives to ensure successful achievement; and to ensure that acceptable standards of budget and accounting principles are incorporated before and after any funds are received by the organization.
