How We Use Information
We use the information we collect about you to provide information to you about The Nominal Group, Inc. and related industry topics. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive.

Please be aware that, to the extent required to provide our services, we share your information with volunteers, other nonprofit organizations, or our Partners, as applicable:

 - For Training, Conferences, Workshops or Meetings Announcements:
We may use our email lists for sending out announcements on our trainings, conferences, workshops and meetings and other Nominal Group outbound communications. We do not, however, sell, rent or trade our volunteers, nonprofits or partners email addresses to outside parties.

 - For Nonprofit Organizations:
If you submit information to us as a nonprofit organization, then it is subject to the terms and conditions as a nonprofit partner of The Nominal Group, Inc., your information (excluding your EIN number) will be accessible by anyone who accesses The Nominal Group, Inc. In addition, all information you provide to The Nominal Group, Inc. (including your EIN number) may be provided to our Partners for purposes of their provision of volunteering services in conjunction with The Nominal Group, Inc.

Children's Privacy
We welcome volunteers 13 years and older. Due to our status as a non-profit organization, we are not required to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, we strongly encourage our volunteers 13 and older to use our services only with parental consent.

In addition, in the further unlikely event that The Nominal Group, Inc. is adjudicated bankrupt or insolvent (a) there will be no further use or disclosure of your personally identifiable information by The Nominal Group, Inc. and (b) your personally identifiable information will be destroyed.
