Planning and Development

The Division of Planning and Development is specifically responsible for developing a Master Plan for the development of The Nominal Group, which integrates.  In addition, the Division has final responsibility for preparing the needs statement and the case statement that communicates the needs and associated costs that the organization will address in its fund raising efforts.

The Division of Planning and Development has two units: 1) Office of Planning and Evaluation and 2) Office of Fund Raising and Development.

Office of Planning and Evaluation

The Office of Planning and Evaluation is responsible for managing all functions of the Office of Planning and Evaluation. This unit has direct responsibility 1) to ensure the periodic review and update of the organization’s strategic plan and other planning documents to protect the integrity of its operations in keeping with its original or any authorized subsequent revision of its mission, values, and vision; 2) to aid in the development, periodic review, and enforcement of strategies for accomplishing set goals and objectives of the strategic plan; 3) to implement and manage a data management system which will ensure the collection of essential data to monitor the processes and outcomes of the objectives of The Nominal Group and its various divisions and programs;  and 4) to develop and implement a plan of evaluation for each essential program component.

Office of Fund Raising and Development

The Office of Fund Raising and Development is responsible for designing and administering proven techniques for raising funds from diversified sources that will ensure adequate financial resources to enable the accomplishment of set goals and objectives of the strategic plan and perpetuation of the organization.  The office is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and coordinating the services of volunteers attracted to The Nominal Group, Inc.
