The primary function of the Division of Administrative and Operations Support is to provide an efficient and effective day-to-day process of management and support for handling key financial and personnel matters associated with the administration of programs and services and the protection of personnel and participants served.
The Division of Administrative and Operations Support has two units: 1) Office of Human Resources and 2) Office of Fiscal Affairs.
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for administering all personnel services, including recruiting, recommending for hiring, evaluating, coordinating professional development, and developing strategies to retain qualified staff to effectively work in The Nominal Group, Inc. The Office of Human Resources works in coordination with programmatic personnel to ensure the protection of participants as related to insurance plans, any assignments/tasks for which remuneration might be expected or provided, safe-keeping of required forms (i.e., consent authorizations, insurance records), and any other matters within its purview which will lend itself to the protection of the participants/clients served.
