The Nominal Group, Inc. is governed by a 11-member Board of Directors, and managed by a Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer is supported in the performance of her duties by a staff of 10.
The organizational structure is comprised of four divisions: Division of Administrative and Operations Support, Division of Planning and Development, Division of Health Education, and Division of Capacity-Building Training and Technical Assistance.
Through these divisions, The Nominal Group addresses its identified service areas of 1) health and education awareness and prevention services to youth, young adults, and their families and communities; 2) community-wide awareness and prevention training in health, safety, and other areas related to improving the quality of life of disadvantaged minority persons; and 3) capacity building training and technical assistance to other community-based organizations and agencies that serve these populations.
